OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2011. Products of OJSC KAMAZ are more and more popular among the Russian buyers of commercial vehicles. The dynamics of sales of special equipment on KAMAZ chassis in February and March evidences it.

There was a major breakthrough in the class of heavy all-wheel-drive trucks with the 6x6 wheel arrangement, the best seller of which was the company’s new product – a KAMAZ-65222 dump truck for the construction industry. The car is equipped with a KAMAZ-740.63-400 "Euro-3" 400 hp power unit, a Common Rail electronically controlled fuel injection system, and a 16-speed ZF gearbox and a ZF Passau VG2000/300 enhanced transfer gearbox. All these innovations allow the dump truck to easily carry up to 19.5 tons of cargo under off-road conditions.

According to those people who already use the KAMAZ-65222, the car built for operation in temperate and tropical climates functions very well even in severer climatic conditions of the Far North and in the southern regions of Russia with a hot climate.
