He has graduated specialized University and is good at transport industry. Maxim is a professional who had efficient self-discipline but he is an open person and optimist who joined new staff very easy. Appointment of Maxim Metalnikov is an important strengthening tool for ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih team. He will have to resolve a list of difficult issues in logistics. We plan to create a classical supply chain in which logistics will play an important role. Maxim will be responsible for shared services – a structure which is being discussed and is in process now. This structure is a part of management tool and will integrate departments which are separate now: logistics (port, railway), custom activities and will complete SAP implementation at the company which will enable to carry out an inventory management MRP (materials required planning).”
