OREANDA-NEWS. May 31, 2011. MCC Limited Board of Directors Secretary Kang Chengye accepted the interview of the CHINASOE at the MCC Building. Both parties discussed and reviewed such issues as the SASAC requiring central enterprises to actively participate in the development and construction of security housing, the development and financing modes of MCC in terms of security housing services, the representative security housing projects of MCC, the different ways MCC can maximize shareholders’ benefit, and the active fulfillment of the social obligations of the central enterprises, reported the press-centre of MCC Limited.

Kang pointed out that as one of the central enterprises participating in the development and construction of security housing, MCC Limited firmly supported the decision of SASAC requiring the central enterprise to actively develop and construct security housing.

It has formed a complete security housing development and construction chain through active reconnaissance, design, construction, operation and capital operation platform. In addition, it continues to endeavor to provide due profit for all the shareholders and actively fulfill its social obligations as a central enterprise.
