OREANDA-NEWS. June 14, 2011. Implementation of a pilot SAP based project for personnel management in terms of organizational structure, personnel records maintenance and payroll calculation has been successfully completed at four Oil and Gas Production Boards of the Company: Almetyevneft, Dzhalilneft, Yelkhovneft and Leninogorskneft. Replicating the project at the other divisions of the Company is in the process today.

The modules that are basic for human resource management: organizational management, staffing, payroll, time tracking and staff administration have been installed at four NGDU with all the results transmitted to the General ledger of the accounting office. The project has been integrated with bookkeeping and tax accounting.

The standards developed and implemented in the Company's corporate management were used for the unified SAP R / 3 products based automated personnel management system. Arrangement of the Personnel Office operation on the basis of the world's advanced developments allows the Company to improve manageability and is part of a comprehensive program of the activity optimization, which has been successfully implemented at JSC  TATNEFT in accordance with the adopted strategy of the integrated management system development.

Further process optimization of managing the intellectual potential of the Company, selection, evaluation and training of the Company personnel will also be based on SAP ERP HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions. The project of staff development with evaluation of the personnel reserve and formation of the program of staff training and development, as well as budgeting of personnel functionalities, selection and recruitment of staff is already being implemented on this basis.

The complex of SAP ERP HCM based solutions in such volume and functionality is introduced in Russia for the first time. One of the leading Russian consulting companies Energy Consulting was contracted for execution of the project.
