OREANDA-NEWS. July 08, 2011. HYDROMASHSERVICE, a subsidiary of HMS Group, has won a tender by Nizhny Novgorod engineering company “Atomenergoproekt” for delivery of a lot of condensate pumps of KsV type designed for Rostov nuclear power station (NPS).

The equipment will be manufactured by Nasosenergomash, a subsidiary of HMS Group, for a turbine island of Rostov NPS third generating unit which is being constructed. The delivery set includes pumping units such as KsV125-140, KsBA 125-55, KsV 200-220.

Rostov NPS is a branch of Rosenergoatom concern. NPS is one of the major power companies in the south of Russia. The station supplies Volgograd and Rostov regions as well as Krasnodar and Stavropol territories. Atomenergoproekt is a key customer of HMS Group and the general contractor on the constructions sites of third and fourth generating units of Rostov. In 2010 the Group carried out several deliveries to this customer including main line pumps of SE type, feed pumps of PTA type and condensate pumps of KsBA type.
