As part of its endeavour to enhance consumer convenience and ease of accessibility, North Delhi Power (NDPL) has now introduced hotline and drop box facilities at all its consumer care centres in its distribution network of North and North West Delhi for the walk-in consumers.

The hotline facility will enable the walk-in consumers to visit the NDPL consumer care centre even after office hours from 4om till 9pm and register their complaints / requests by getting connected to the call centre using the hotline facility. The hotline facility will also be available during weekends and holidays from 9am till 9pm.

NDPL has also set up drop boxes at all consumer care centres which will enable all walk-in consumers to register their requests / complaints by filling in a form during holidays and after office hours. NDPL will act on the requests / complaints by the next working day.

NDPL also has a dedicated 24x7 call centre facility for all its consumers. The NDPL consumers can call on 011 66111912 for commercial queries and on 011 66404040 for no supply complaints. Consumers can also request for new connections by simply sending an sms ‘NDPL New’ to 56070 and also register "no supply" complaints by sending an sms ‘NDPL NCC <CA number>' to 56070.
