OREANDA-NEWS. July 21, 2011. The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov charged to the Chairman of the State customs service to lead immediately consultations with the management of Federal customs service of the Russian Federation for settlement of a situation about queuing of motor transport on the Ukrainian-Russian border. The appropriating order the head of the Government gave during a session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

"Find the decision", - set the task to the Chairman of the State customs service Mykola Azarov adding, that during rest season and seasonal commerce the developed situation, is inadmissible. "It creates huge inconveniences to citizens as Ukraine, and Russia. Therefore I hope that our Russian counterparts will consider it and if they want to prove advantages of the Customs union they should make advantages evident for partners, including in customs procedures", - the Prime Minister emphasized.

According to the Prime Minister, the State customs service have to work out together with the Russian side the project of the Declaration on introduction of the Early warning system about occurrence of emergencies at check points on the Russian-Ukrainian border, to develop the program of creation and arrangement of service zones on access roads to check points, as well as to create appropriate sanitary conditions for the citizens which cross border of Ukraine.

Besides, as Mykola Azarov noted, we should accelerate signing of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation at realization of the joint control of persons, vehicles and goods on the Russian-Ukrainian border.

"I am ready to connect to this work. If it is necessary, we will talk with the management of the Russian Federation, but it should be settled in the shortest timeframes" - the Prime Minister noted.
