OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2011. IBM appointed IBA as Tivoli AA–level Accredited Business Partner in Tivoli Service Request Manager. Using Tivoli Service Request Manager, a customer may launch a cloud SaaS Service Desk system to manage IT infrastructure and IT services in compliance with ITIL/ITSM (Information Technology Infrastructure Library/Information Technology Service Management), reported the press-centre of IBA.

The system allows for processing user requests, managing problems, changes, and releases, and cataloguing IT services. Through a special portal for clients, users may send requests and order IT services that are available.

For IBA, it is the second appointment of the AA–level. To date, IBA has the following appointments within the IBM Tivoli Deployment Accreditation program:
