Starting from 29 July 2011, the Bank successfully launched a pilot project on introducing the service of free Internet access for customers of the Bank. The bank outlet No.13 of Kharkov (per. Teatralny, 4) provides the service of broadband Wi-Fi-access to the Internet with a download speed of up to 2 Mbit/s. The access is permitted by the password, which can be obtained from the teller at the outlet.

According to the manager of the Slobodjanian Regional Administration bank branch Marina Yurchenko: "We have always strived to make service in our bank branch as comfortable for our customers as possible. Following the increased interest in various IT innovations, we are opening the free access to the vast spaces of the Internet, where, among other things, our customers can easily find information about the Bank on the Wikipedia page and read the latest news in the favourite social network of Facebook, and the Twitter microblog".

It is planned to set up 35 Wi-Fi access points at the Bank outlets throughout Ukraine by the end of the year. In addition, it is before long that other interactive services will be developed and the personal user profile feature will be implemented.
