OREANDA-NEWS. August 8, 2011. PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih” announces launching of Graduates Employment Program which got the name - “Everest”. This program aims at the search and development of ambitious young specialists who’s obtained university degree and become interested in successful career development at PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih”.

Within Everest Program the plant will offer up to 30 positions for graduates who has acquired great knowledge in different spheres such as in steel making, coke and by-product process, mining as well as energy, electromechanics, marketing, procurement, IT, HR and management. The program will last 2 years and six months. Best candidates will be offered the employment at PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih” as trainees with salary determined and all the other advantages of the AM employee including social package, which gives an opportunity to improve their health at health centers of the Unit and at Ukrainian sanatoriums.

The program offers intensive theoretical training with online courses, classroom courses engaging international training companies, steel and mining training at ArcelorMittal University as well as practical participation in variety of projects at the plant together with local experts as mentors. In rotation process among main departments and facilities of the plant the trainees will get the opportunity to be trained in different areas and sectors.

After each six months of the program the profession-oriented efficiency rating of knowledge and skills will be implemented and at the end of trainee period the final efficiency rating will be carried out by the expert-mentors or direct managers of the trainees. This final estimation will result to the offer to join PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih”.
