OREANDA-NEWS. August 11, 2011. Kemerovo branch of Rostelecom OJSC opened the first in Siberia regional call center for citizens willing to use public services. Today one can receive all necessary reference information on municipal and public services through one telephone call.

Dmitri Islamov, Deputy Governor of Kemerovo Region on Economy and Regional Development, and Alexander Raikhert, Director of  Kemerovo branch of Rostelecom OJSC, took part in the solemn opening ceremony.

The regional call center (RCC) will enable citizens to save time and cut financial expenses for obtaining public and municipal services, accelerate process of documents’ preparation in multifunctional service centers and other institutions as well as have the best opinion from a professional. All this is going to make lives of citizens of Kemerovo Region willing to obtain public services easier.

According to Alexander Raikhert, Director of Kemerovo branch, ‘It should be noted that the Center was built primarily to simplify the service obtainment procedure as much as possible. It is important to know that with the help of RCC any Kuzbass resident, even a middle-aged person who is not savvy about the Internet, will be able to find out the required information about this or that public service. In addition, a call to the Center from any spot of the region is free; therefore anyone will be able to ask a question.’

Kemerovo branch has launched five telephone lines so far and their number is going to grow in the near future.

In order to call the RCC you have to dial 123 on a landline phone, 555-123 on a mobile phone.
