OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2011. OnJuly 28, LenSpetsSMU celebrated a special landmark; the two thousandth apartment contract of 2011. Irina Onishchecnko, General Director LenSpetsSMU's real estate department personally handed over the honorary certificate and gifts to Lyubov Brekhova.  The award ceremony was held at Etalon's HQ.

Lyubov is the company's two-thousandth client this year, and bought an apartment in the Orbita residential estate, in the Kalinin district, a three minute walk from Academicheskaya metro station.
