OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2011. The industrial service of “Stoylenskaya Niva” AIC became the initiator and organizer of the conference, and 12 bakery plants of the holding took part in seminars and presentations. Within ten days the participants of the events were making acquaintance with new technologies in bakery and confectionary production sphere, were exchanging experience with partners and colleagues, listening to reports on the information of international exhibitions and branch seminars on bread-baking.

All the delegates of the conference had an opportunity to take part in excursions on “Penzenskiy Khlebozavod #2” and “Penzenskiy Khlebozavod #4” which are included in “Stoylenskaya Niva” AIC group of companies. Russian representatives of foreign companies producing raw materials and equipment held presentations at the area of the bakery plants in Penza. They told about new sorts of products and with the help of the equipment of “Rondo” Swiss company they demonstrated the process of output of puff products on the base of new kinds of raw materials.
