OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2011. The 17th edition of MiningWorld Central Asia is for the first time this year hosting 3 fully filled pavilions at Central Asia’s only international specialised exhibition for the mining and processing of metals and minerals.

MiningWorld Central Asia is also pleased to announce that 5 National Pavilions from Australia, Finland, France, Norway and Ural Federal District of Russian Federation will be participating. The event takes place on 21st -23rd September 2011, in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

This year more than 250 companies from 26 countries are participating, including Atlas Copco, Boart Longyear, FLSmidth, Liebherr, Sulzer, Bumar, Thermo Fisher, CETCO, Apollo International, Metalurgica Revesol, Knelsen, and Balum.

The exhibition covers sections such as:

Metals & Minerals Processing
Smelting & Refining

Alongside the exhibition is a business programme which includes a timetable on “Subsurface users procurements characteristics" organised with the Association of Mining & Smelting Enterprises (AGMP). There will also be technical seminars and presentations from fellow exhibitors.
