OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2011. On September 15, 2011during the 36th WNA Symposium in London, Joint-Stock Company "Techsnabexport" (TENEX), a Rosatom enterprise, and the largest US nuclear generator Exelon Generation Company LLC signed another long-term contract for supply of enrichment services. This contract is the thirteenth contract signed by TENEX with a US utility under the Amendment to the Russian Suspension Agreement of February 2008, which enabled the delivery of Russian uranium to the United States of America on a commercial basis.

This contract followed those concluded by TENEX and Exelon in 2009 for long term supply of Russian low enriched uranium starting in 2011.
