OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2011. Belarus’ OJSC Krinitsa produced 10.863 million decaliters of beer in January-August 2011, up 6.8% on the year, a representative in food concern Belgospischeprom told reporters.

The Minsk-based facility increased beer production 6.8% to 10.478 million deciliters.

Beer output in plastic bottles (75.8% of the total) went up 4% on the year to 8.21 million decaliters. Krinitsa beer output in glass bottles rose 9.2% to 1.11 million decaliters, in kegs went up 41.9% to 1.191 million decaliters. Beer output in aluminum cans totaled 0.067 million decaliters, down 58.7%.

Krinitsa’s sales in January-August amounted to 7.891 million decaliters, up 0.9% on the year.

Beer deliveries in August totaled 2.203 million decaliters, down 1.5% on the year.

Krinitsa was founded in January 2001. OJSC Polotsk Beer and Nesvizh soft drinks plant have been incorporated by OJSC Krinitsa and operate as subsidiaries.
