OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2011. The Bank of Moscow has opened a new office of an entirely new format — a Digital Office (St Petersburg, Nevsky prospect, 22), which changes the traditional perception of banking servicing of private and corporate clients, thanks to a combination of current information technologies, remote and interactive services.

The people of St Petersburg now for the first time have a 24-hour access to the key services provided by the bank.

The package of services provided at the Digital Office includes an automated self-service zone with 24-access to personal accounts, a possibility of making payments, money transfers, as well as depositing money into third parties’ accounts.

The automated depository offers individuals access to the leased bank safes at any time of day or night.

The cash management services zone is equipped with a teller cash recycler. The implemented solution ("One-stop service") allows managers operating in retail business to conduct operations with cash, which significantly simplifies the cash management procedure and the banking products acquisition for the customer with only one contact involved.

"The first Digital Office in Russia combining unique new generation digital technologies was opened last February in Moscow," says Oksana Smirnova-Krell, Vice-President, CIO of the Bank of Moscow. "The unique feature of the Digital Office model is its simplicity and the possibility of its prompt dissemination across the entire network of the Bank. St Petersburg became the second city where a Digital Office of the Bank of Moscow was opened. Residents and visitors of the Northern capital are welcome to avail of the new innovative technologies and 24-hour banking services."
