OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2011. Belarus’ State Committee for Property Management (SCPM) has announced an auction to sell the government’s stake in OJSC Borisovles food-catering service October 13, 2011, the SCPM press service reports.

They plan to dispose of a 85.1% shareholding (12,716 shares) worth Br311.28 million (USD 54,000 at the central bank’s rate). The company’s statutory capital is made up of 14,935 shares, nominal value per share being Br12,000.

Bidders are expected to enter a deposit of 10% of the value of the shareholding put up for sale.

Borisovles food-catering service is on the 2011 privatization list approved by the Cabinet of Minister of Belarus.
