According to the preliminary estimates, the aggregate premiums of companies within the INGO group – Ingosstrakh Insurance Company (Russia), INGO Ukraine (Ukraine), INGO Ukraine-Life (Ukraine), IngoNord (Finland), Belingostrah (Belarus), INGO Armenia (Armenia), Kyrgyzinstrakh (Kyrgyz Republic), INGO Uzbekistan (Uzbekistan), IC Ingosstrakh-Life (Russia), IC Ingosstrakh-M (Russia), OAO Emergency Insurance Company (Russia), OAO MSK EMESK (Russia), OOO Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance (Russia) – for the first 9 months of 2011 amounted to 59.1 billion rubles, which is by 15.2% higher than in the previous year. Compensations paid by these companies during the reporting period are equal to 38.9 billion rubles showing 3.4% growth versus 2010.

The cumulative premiums collected by Russian companies within the INGO group (Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, OOO IC Ingosstrakh-M, OOO IC Ingosstrakh-Life, OAO Emergency Insurance Company, OAO MSK EMESK, OOO Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance) received for direct insurance operations and reinsurance of the risks for three quarters of 2011 amounted to 57.0 billion rubles, which is by 15.8% higher than the corresponding 2010 figures, including OOO IC Ingosstrakh-M and OAO MSK EMESK – 16 billion rubles. Compensations paid by Russian companies within the INGO group during the 9 month period of 2011 are equal to 38.1 billion rubles, showing 3.9% growth y-o-y.

The cumulative premiums collected by Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in the first three quarters of 2011 are equal to 39.7 billion rubles, which is by 17.0% higher than the corresponding 2010 figures, including: direct insurance – 37.2 billion rubles, inward reinsurance – 2.5 billion rubles.

As for the voluntary insurance (excepting life insurance and including inward reinsurance), the premiums collected by Ingosstrakh Insurance Company amounted to 34.4 billion rubles, including private insurance (excepting life insurance) – 5 billion rubles, property insurance – 26.7 billion rubles, voluntary liability insurance – 2.7 billion rubles.

The highest premium growth rates were recorded for the following activities: agricultural insurance – 67.4%; railway transport insurance – 67.0%; liability insurance for organizations operating hazardous facilities – 40.8%; property insurance for entities and persons – 35.9%, air transport insurance – 24.4 %; automobile insurance - 17.1%.

Insurance premiums for CMTPL amounted to 5.3 billion rubles in the first 9 months of 2011. (An increase of 15.5%). Compensations paid by Ingosstrakh Insurance Company during the 9 month period of 2011 are equal to 22,5 billion rubles (decreased by 0.5% y-o-y).

Compensations paid: direct insurance – 20.9 billion rubles, inward reinsurance – 1.6 billion rubles.

As for the voluntary insurance (excepting life insurance and including inward reinsurance), the compensations paid by Ingosstrakh Insurance Company amounted to 19,9 billion rubles, including private insurance (excepting life insurance) – 3,6 billion rubles, property insurance – 15,5 billion rubles, voluntary liability insurance – 0,8 billion rubles. Compensations paid for CMTPL amounted to 2,6 billion rubles in the first 9 months of 2011.

During the reporting period, assets of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, Ingosstrakh-Life, Ingosstrakh-M, OAO Emergency Insurance Company, OAO MSK EMESK, and OOO Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance amounted to 85.1 billion rubles. Insurance reserves of Russian companies within the INGO group are equal 58.4 billion rubles. According to the preliminary estimates, the gains of these companies amounted to 1,8 billion rubles in the first 9 months of 2011. As at 01.10.2011, the own capital amounted to 19.5 billion rubles, which is 13.9% higher y-o-y.
