OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2011. The National Council on Corporate Governance (NCCG) is delighted to announce that the Third International Conference "Corporate Governance and Global Capital Markets" will take place in Moscow on May 31 – June 1, 2012 at Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

Such a major international high-profile event on corporate governance is run by the NCCG once in four years. It provides a unique opportunity to highlight principal trends and challenges in the field of corporate governance manifested both in Russia and internationally in the recent period as well as to focus a discussion on vital issues to be coped by business in interaction with government agencies and international organizations.

The Second International Conference “Corporate Governance and Globalization of the World Economy” held in May 2008 with participation of the World Bank Group got a positive feedback from business community and major media in Russia and abroad both in terms of quality of invited speakers and issues discussed.
