OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2011. On November 3 the Central Commission of the RF Ministry of Energy signed the Act of readiness of OJSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” for operation under winter conditions. Upon signature of the Act the Chairman of the Central Commission for Yenisei TGC readiness inspection to carry winter loads delivered the chief engineer the Certificate of Readiness for operation during the 2011/2012 autumn/winter season.

Careful inspection carried out since October 31 to November 3, 2011, by the special Central Commission of the RF Ministry of Energy resulted in confirmation of qualitative fulfilment of all preliminary obligations and readiness of the company to carry winter loads.

Immediately after signature of the Act of Readiness Oleg Kuznetsov, Chairman of the Central Commission, representative of the RF Ministry of Energy, delivered to Sergey Tsarev, chief engineer of Yenisei TGC, the Certificate of Readiness signed by Andrey Shishkin, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.

Inter-departmental commissions having done much work, the energy company received one of its major documents. The participants checked preparedness of Yenisei TGC branches for uninterrupted operation during low outdoor temperatures. Preparedness was assessed according to several categories: condition of station equipment, fuel availability, professional skills of operating staff, emergency procedures.

The Central Commission included representatives of the RF Ministry of Energy, LLC Siberian Generating Company, OJSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”, Rostekhnadzor, and System Operator made a conclusion that the company properly had held all necessary activities to be prepared for winter. The scheduled repair of major and auxiliary equipment has been accomplished to the full extent. Fuel available in company storages exceeds standard indicators. There were trainings on emergency actions at low outdoor temperatures. Readiness of personnel to provide reliable power supply for consumers in the coming winter has been proved.

Presenting the Certificate of Readiness, Oleg Kuznetsov noted, “Following the results of inspections held, the Commission did not make any remarks concerning preparedness of the company for the coming winter. The work has been done in a proper and good manner. Our wish: Let the winter go by imperceptibly.”
