The company's activities are targeted to satisfy the needs of professional customers for whom the price of goods is one of the most important factors influencing the development of their business.

Until February 1st, 2012 ‘The low price is guaranteed’ campaign is running at all METRO stores throughout Ukraine. METRO Cash & Carry guarantees low prices on 900 core assortment food and non food articles from a specified list, which includes the most popular products of famous brands. Under the conditions of the campaign if the customer presents the fiscal check of another trade network of the city with a price lower than it is offered by METRO, he or she is assured to receive a voucher in the amount of doubled difference between the purchase price and the price in METRO.

Pricing policy at METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine is under constant control. The company conducts weekly national core assortment monitoring. Particular attention is paid to METRO own brands (Aro, Fine Food, Horeca Select, H-Line, Rioba and Sigma). The prices of own brand products are on average 15-20% lower than those of similar A-brands.
