OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2011. TMM Company in partnership with JSC "Oschadbank" started a loan program for buyers of completed properties in TMM's projects in Kyiv and Kharkiv – a 20-year 12% rate mortgage in local currency with a minimal downpayment of 30% of the total property value and repayment by equal parts.

The offered program is applied to 7 residential complexes put into operation by TMM in Kyiv and Kharkiv, including the first stage of Sonyachna brama complex.

Parameters of JSC "Oschadbank" mortgage program for buyers of apartments in TMM's projects:
Interest rate: 12% in national currency with repayment by equal parts;
Downpayment – from 30% of the total cost of property
No additional collateral;
Term of loan – up to 20 years;

Aviator residential complex, 26 Komarova ave., Kyiv;
Cascade residential complex (buildings 1 and 2), 22 Kuznechna str., Kharkiv;

Carat residential complex, 6 Potebni str. Kharkiv;
Flamingo residential complex, 13 Bakulina str., Kharkiv;
Ultra residential complex, 20 O. Yarosha str., Kharkiv.
