OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2011. Latvian national airline airBaltic has announced an increase in the number of flights it will offer from Riga to Brussels during the summer of 2012 – two flights every workday. The schedule for Brussels will start from March 25, 2012.

Martin Gauss, Chief Executive Officer of airBaltic: "We are glad to increase flights to Brussels the next season flying twice a day. The flights will be operated by Boeing airplanes in order to offer higher quality service to all of our passengers – businessmen, politicians and travelers who use Brussels as a final destination. Now everyone can fly to Brussels and back within one day during the summer saving time and money. ”

Currently, airBaltic is offering eight flights a week. During the summer of 2012, there will be 12 flights a week – a morning and an evening flight on workdays and one flight a day on weekends. The flights will be operated in cooperation with Brussels Airlines.
