OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2011. On the eve of Euro-2012 PrivatBank launched the "internationalization" of its ATM network. Henceforth, clients may choose one of 10 languages to communicate with an ATM. Furthermore, ATMs are able to “communicate” with users in such languages as Chinese and Vietnamese.

"Recently PrivatBank started opening the specialized offices for diasporas. For example, we have an office where employees speak Vietnamese. Now our ATMs began speaking in foreign languages,  - said Kirill Volkov, the head of ATM network development and management department of PrivatBank, – a client selects the menu language only once and then ATMs appeals to the client in the chosen language".

As reported by the bank, in the nearest future ATMs’ "vocabulary," will be enriched with few more languages. By May 2012 all ATMs of PrivatBank will be able to communicate with customers in main European languages - German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch.
