OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2011. The rising generation of TANECO has all opportunities and perspectives for growing up in different kind of disciplines. This thought run like a golden thread through all the speeches made at the IX report and election conference of young employees of the joint stock company.

Not only in Nizhnekamsk but also outside the city the Company has proved itself long ago as an enterprise giving the beginners a good chance for carrier and personal advancement, with the Company’s management supporting all creative and forward-looking initiatives. This was stated by the Head of Department of Youth Affairs and Sports of Nizhnekamsk Municipal Region Rustam Khusaenov. The same idea was confirmed by the facts announced through the report of TANECO’s youth leader Renat Mamin.

Thus, as of December 01 of the current year, the Company employs 1184 young specialists, which is 53% of the total number of personnel. The majority has higher education, 88 people – two higher education degrees, and 6 specialists are Masters of Science. It should be noted that more than half of the young employees within the last years along with the mastered skills increased their categories and got the promotions (some of them promoted several times.

Broad opportunities are given to TANECO’s young people for scientific, rationalization, inventive and creative activities. This is quite natural that the representatives of the Company would return many times as the winners from the Republic and Corporate scientific and practical conferences. Lenar Yagfarov, Ilnar Ibragimov, Julia Umnova, Zulfiya Minkasheva and many others are the prize-winners of this year.

TANECO’s collective agreement based on corresponding Tatneft’s document guarantees unprecedented measures of social support to the youth. Only in 2011 the young refiners were given 166 apartments, 70 interest-free loans for essential commodities. Decent job and salary, comfortable accommodation and morale inside the team are the basis for solid confidence in future. No wonder that TANECO’s year to date witnessed more than ninety weddings, birth of about eighty babies.

Close attention to the youth policy issues was noticed at Tatarstan level as well. TANECO’s collective agreement was recognized as the winner of the IV Republic Contest in nomination “For efficient protection of social and labor rights of the youth". The first place in the competition for the best youth organization among RT companies in 2011 is one more substantial victory.

High assessment to the work of the youth organization was given by TANECO’s General Director Mr. Kh.A. Bagmanov. Addressing the conference delegates he repeatedly emphasized that the young people of TANECO are the future of the Complex. According to Mr. Bagmanov, the Company’s youngsters manage successfully combine the intensive production activity with the not less active social life. The speech of the General Director was perceived as guidance for action. One of his advices was the need of continuing the education – in the broad meaning of this word. Enhancement of professional and scientific knowledge is not only a guarantee of successful operation of today’s high tech production but also a must for further development.

One more call addressed by Mr. Bagmanov to his young colleges is to be lavish for acts of kindness. As he noted, even our well-to-do city has people who continuously need somebody’s support. Unfortunately, the government cannot solve all the problems, and charity should become everybody’s business. It will be natural if TANECO’s employees who have been fortunate to work in the successful company will help those who really need help.

The conference was wrapped up by review of organizational issues. Renat Mamin was re-elected as the Chairman of the Youth Committee. Artyem Karpukhin became the Chairman of the Young Specialists’ Board, and Alexey Kozin was elected as the Leader of the English Club.
