OREANDA-NEWS.  January 13, 2012. Azerbaijan’s Parabank has made easier the repayment terms to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of its customers.

The Bank reports that now the client, who got credit can choose in advance the date of the loan. In addition, in order to provide a positive credit history of its customers Parabank extends grace period for repayment delay for Parabank’s repeated and trusted customers (clients who had a positive credit history).

“For example, a customer who has taken credit 2nd time and because of objective reasons, delay payment as long as it is not take more than 4 day will not be counted fine, and minor delays won’t affect on his credit history. With a monthly payment grace period of customer can be extended accordingly to customer frequency (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 days),” the Bank informed.

All these benefits are applied on base of the principle of protecting the interests of the customer.

“We’d like to note that Parabank for their repeat customers establishing a number of priority programs and next time when the client will issue a new loan, he will be offered: preferential rate, amount, terms and in general grace period the new proposals,” the Bank reported.
