OREANDA-NEWS.  January 24, 2012. Russia plans to invest 3.7 trillion rubles in the long-term program of development of the country’s coal industry until 2030, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said at a meeting on the development of the coal industry in Kemerovo.

The first phase of the program implementation is 2012-2015, the second phase – until 2020 and third one - 2020 - 2030.

"The total funding of the program amounts to 3.7 trillion rubles, including 251.8 billion rubles – from the federal budget," Vladimir Putin said.
