Central Bank of India Wins Three Prestigious HR & Leadership Awards

While conferring the Award, Mr. R L Bhatia, Project Director, World HRD Congress said that Mr. Tanksale contributed immensely to the 'People Management' and provided an effective Leadership to steer the HR Porftfolio with required precision and professionalism. In accepting the Award, Mr. Tanksale said that on the very day of his taken over the reins of the Bank, he declared that 'Employee is his first customer' and this committed resolve has been the driving force for all his initiatives on HR front. Alongside, Central Bank of India has also won two more Awards under Organization Category' - SHINE.COM HR LEADERSHIP AWARD FOR LEADING HR PRACTICES IN QUALITY WORK-LIFE, PHYSICAL & MENTAL WELL-BEING' in recognition of the Bank's Best Practices towards the welfare and wellbeing of its employees and 'STAR NEWS HR & LEADERSHIP AWARD FOR HR EXCELLENCE FOR INNOVATIVE HR PRACTICES' in recognition of the Bank's initiative in evolving and rolling out excellent and innovative HR practices across the Organisation. These Awards have been received by Mr. Vijai Misra, General Manager (HRD) of the Bank alongwith Mr. A K Midha, Dy. General Manager (HRD) & Mr. G S Bhaskara Rao, Asst. General Manager (HRD-IRP) of the Bank amidst a large gathering of HR Professionals of eminence cutting accorss various business lines - both Public & Private.
