OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2012. On February 24, 2012 the meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (“SP of SPb”) took place. At this meeting its Head was elected.

Oleg Bukin became new Head of the Board of Directors.

Igor Feodorov acting earlier as the Head deserted this post due to the fact that he was appointed as the General Director of  T.A. Management, functioning as the sole executive body of “SP of SPb”.

Bukin Oleg Yurievich was born in 1966.
In 1988 he graduated in transport management from Moscow University of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze.
Since 2001 - General Director of LLC “Independent Transport Company”.
Since 2009 - General Director of LLC “Transport Assets Management” (T.A.Management).
Since 2012 – General Director of JSC “First Cargo Company”.

JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (included in UCL Port – part of subholding, consolidating stevedoring assets of the International transportation group UCL Holding) – is the largest operator, rendering services on handling of all types of dry cargoes in the Greater Port of Saint-Petersburg.  It operates by modern specialized terminals for handling of container, reefer, ro-ro cargoes, cars and metals. In 2011 the turnover of the group of companies “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” amounted to 7.4 mln. tons of cargoes.

T.A. Management (LLC “Transport Assets Management”)  — managing company of the group UCL Holding, established for the optimization of management of Russian assets and also for carrying out of the coordinated investment policy in the transportation companies of the group.
