OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2012. In 2012 IDGC of the North-West plans to carry out 95% of competitive standardized procurements via electronic trading floors. Last year, thanks to perfection of the procurement procedures system, the company reduced their expenses by more than 1 bln RUR.

In 2011 IDGC of the North-West, JSC carried out standardized procurements in an amount of 37,433 mln RUR.


In 2011 IDGC of the North-West, JSC carried out standardized procurements in an amount of 37,433 mln RUR. Conditionally fixed procurements including compensation for electric energy losses, land rent and utility services payment accounted for over two thirds of the sum.

The volume of IDGC of the North-West competitive standardized procurements in 2011 made 11,405.6 mln RUR. The company is steadily increasing the portion of competitive standardized procurements via electronic treading floors. In 2010 it made 38%, in 2011 – over 70%. According to the new Regulations on the Procedure for Carrying Out Standardized Procurement of Goods, Works and Services for the Needs of IDGC of the North-West, since January 1, 2012 95% of competitive standardized procurements (in cost expression) are to be carried out with the help of e-commerce means.

In accordance with the legislation, IDGC of the North-West publishes the complete package of procurement documentation on the trading floor and the company’s official site. All protocols generated in the course of procurement procedures are now subject to mandatory publication.

In 2011 perfection of the bidding organization system enabled IDGC of the North-West to reduce expenses on procurement of works, equipment and materials by more than 1 bln RUR or 10% of the annual procurement plan.
