OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2012. JSC "SENIM-BANK" (Almaty region, hereinafter – the Bank), whose common shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of amendments made to the agenda of  the special general meeting of its shareholders scheduled for March 26, 2012 at 17:00 o'clock, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The amended agenda is as follows:

- on consideration of the possibility of a voluntary re-organization of the Bank;

- on an addition to the agenda of the general meeting of the Bank's shareholders regarding choosing the audit firm;

- on an addition to the agenda of the general meeting of the Bank's shareholders introduction of changes and additions to the issue prospectus of the Bank's shares;

- on an addition to the agenda of the general meeting of the Bank's shareholders regarding conversion of preferred shares into common shares of the Bank;

- on an addition to the agenda of the general meeting of the Bank's shareholders regarding setting the number, term of office for the Board of Directors, choosing its members and early termination of their powers, as well as defining the amount and payment conditions of remunerations and reimbursement of expenses incurred by members of the Board of Directors during fulfillment of their liabilities.

The mentioned meeting will be held at 21/2, Askarov str., app. 1, the village Rakhat, Karasai district, Almaty region. Registration of participants will begin at 16:30 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the meeting will be drawn up as of March 20, 2012.

In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the Bank's shareholders will be held on March 27, 2012 at the same time and address.
