OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2012. March 15, an active campaign of the 20th anniversary Kyiv International Autosalon SIA'2012 starts. Its details and an updated program of the main autosalon in Ukraine at a press conference at the agency “Interfax-Ukraine“ were announced by the organizers of the SIA - Company SC “Premier Expo“ and the Association of Ukrainian Motor Vehicle Manufacturers “Ukrautoprom”. 

 The press conference was attended by the Vice-President of the Association of Ukrainian Motor Vehicle Manufacturers “Ukrautoprom” Efim Hazan, General director of SC “Premier Expo” Anatoly Sushon, Deputy Director General of SC “Premier Expo” Alexander Garashenko.

 According to the data available on March 15, more than 310 automobile and auto service companies are going to participate in SIA'2012. Among them – are such car brands as Hyundai, KIA, Chevrolet, Renault, BAZ, ZAZ, GAS, “Bogdan”, BYD, CAMAH, CHANGAN AUTO, Chery, CHEVROLET NIVA, GEELY, MG, GREAT WALL, LIFAN, SSANG YONG. Negotiations with the companies representing the European and Japanese brands, is nearing completion. It has already been booked about 21,000 sq.m. of the exhibition area (total area of pavilions IEC - 28,000 sq.m.) for the motor show.

 The jubilee Autosalon will be expanded in May 2012 and will occupy two joint pavilions of IEC from the three existing (in one, which is logical, auto service companies will be housed). A large exhibition space is ideal for high-tech auto companies’ stands and holding the shows. By the way, a more place may be needed – because it is Kyiv Autosalon 2012 that several new brands, and possibly players are going to choose for their premieres at the Ukrainian market.

 The first two days of the exhibition, May 23-24, are reserved for the communication of the exhibitors with the media and the automotive industry professionals and have a clearly defined b2b-format. For the first time on SIA'2012 an online-registration is introduced for specialist-visitors, which will create a full picture of the preferences of the market for the marketing purposes of the motor show participants. The entrance for the professionals is free of charge.

 One more important and convenient innovation at the Jubilee Autosalon - is the introduction of the business meetings planning system at the exhibition MatchMaking. This is an online scheduler for the work optimization of the participants at the exhibition with journalists, VIP clients, and potential partners. Having registered in the system, the visitor, first, gets full information about a particular company, and secondly, may appoint a meeting at a convenient time. Besides, during the motor show for the first time the study of business audience will be held, results of which will be provided to the participants. It must be recalled, that according to the statistics data of SIA'2011, the industry professionals made up about 15.6% of all visitors (23 thousand).

 On 25th of May Autosalon will open its doors for consumers and will change format to b2c. Admission fee to the exhibition will cost 35 grv.

 The program on 26th and 27th of May, the final two days of the auto show, will be decorated with colorful shows. The list of all events is still under discussion with partners, but some details are already known. For example, Kyiv Autosalon could become a platform for the Ukrainian segment of the open championship of Eastern Europe Stuntriding - Extreme Racing. Preparations for the festival of a unique auto-tuning “Car & Tuning Show” are coming to an end.

 On March 15, an advertising campaign of the Jubilee Autosalon is launched. The main media partners of SIA became the TV channel “Inter”, First Automotive Channel, “Autoradio-Ukraine”, media group “Autocenter”, magazine “At the wheel” and Ukr.net. The main news partner – is the news agency “Interfax-Ukraine”.

 SIA'2012 media campaign will be bright and intense, it will peak in May. The media plan includes the placement of 10 national TV stations, 10 FM-stations in Kyiv and Ukraine, more than 40 social, political, business and automotive magazines, 50 bill-boards in Kyiv and region, about 10 million banner shows online.
