OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2012. In the course of the International Economic Forum “The CIS and a New Format of Eurasian Integration” held in Moscow, State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’ and the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine entered into a Memorandum on Cooperation in Implementing Projects and Developing Ukraine’s Investment Infrastructure.

On behalf of Vnesheconombank the Memorandum was signed by Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev and on behalf of the Agency – by its Chairman Vladislav Kasykin.

Under the Memorandum the Parties intend to promote long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in the following lines of activity:

assisting in establishing and arranging activities of the Ukrainian Bank for Development;

creating conditions for implementing investment projects on the Ukrainian territory;

developing public infrastructure of Ukraine among other things on the principles of public private partnership.

The Memorandum’s implementation would further enhance economic ties between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine.
