OREANDA-NEWS. March 27, 2012. Employees of "Surgutneftegaz" - large consumer of ChTZ machines - were trained at the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant. The group consisted of ten technicians and managers. During the 40-hour program of training ten technical specialists and managers were acknowledged with the specification and detailed features of the new vehicles, their operation and maintenance.

For two years Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant wins tenders to supply equipment to "Surgutneftegaz" Enterprise. During this time the company has received 120 vehicles, including 62 units supplied this year. Most of them are B-10M.6000 bulldozers with hydro mechanical transmission and YaMZ diesel engine, including swamp tractors and pipe-layers. 84 items are currently under warranty, while the total amount of vehicles, purchased by "Surgutneftegaz", is about 1,000 ChTZ machine units.

Nowadays the company gives preference to the new machines with GMT, therefore exploiters of the vehicles shall be prepared to work. In 2006, the group of ChTZ specialists already provided first training in Surgut (Russia) for "Surgutneftegaz" representatives, when almost 100 people (generally engineers) were instructed to operate on ChTZ vehicles.

This time the delegates of Oil and Gas Company took 5-day course, previously approved by both sides.

- "The course was led by our experienced instructors", - said the Head of the Department of Product and Service Promotion Victor Belinsky.

At present the Head Department of the plant is fitted with two classrooms - for theoretical and practical training of ChTZ dealers and customers (including foreign). Presented training equipment includes the most complex, unique sites of new machines, which is examined not only on the posters, but also in reality. You can see all the details of aggregate and learn how to assemble and disassemble the vehicle.

The novelties were highly estimated by specialists from Tyumen region (Russia). This year the instruction courses were taken by more than 10 mixed groups. But for the first time the entire group was represented by the one major customer.

Addition to the course the group got acquainted with ChTZ production line: representative visited the main conveyor, the engine assembly line, engine testing department, the plant of special-purpose machines, and ran the tour in the Museum of ChTZ History.

"We were delighted to see that the plant keeps its own history", - said the head of TCI Dmitry Titov (Lyantor, Russia). "We shall remember the heroism of people involved in the Great Patriotic War".

Within the framework of the course there was organized a meeting between Surgut engineers and

the chief designer of ChTZ Sergei Gusev. The guests were acknowledged with the latest developments of the Design Plant and its implemented innovations.

The deputy of General Director  and Director of Marketing and Sales Department Andrey Gladskikh

presented to the guests prospects of growth and future proceeds from the production and sale of ChTZ vehicles. For another part Surgut  engineers also expressed their wishes concerning ChTZ plant.

In the words of visitors, they wish ChTZ regional dealers and representatives, providing technical services, take active part in the process of placing new technique into operation and instruct tractor drivers how to use the vehicle promptly. Then the machine's resources will enhance and productivity will become higher.

Incidentally, ChTZ engineers promised to review and discuss all improving proposals in the nearest time.

Dmitry Titov, the Head of TCI:

We were instructed by professional specialists and admired their erudition and deep knowledge of technique. The explanation was given clearly, and we got the answers on all questions, raised at the beginning of our training.

Gennady Shutalev, the Head of Transport column of "Nijznesortymskneft":

We have 35 ChTZ bulldozers in our column, generally produced in 90-th, and now have 4 new units with GMT. They all will be involved in the construction of sites for drill rigs. The equipment and ergonomic design impress on sight, so we are looking forward working on the dozers.

Sergey Zyryanov, the Deputy of Chief Engineer of "Surgutneftegazservice"FLT:

Our company provides technique repair service, including ChTZ vehicles. Here we have an opportunity to get acquainted with the production process and get short instructions concerning any technical faults. Most importantly, ChTZ heeds consumer's advice and comments. We also were informed about new developments at the plant and now we know the direction of ChTZ strategic course.
