Toyota Tsusho Corporation (headquarters: Nagoya, Japan; president: Jun Karube) concluded an integration of management (merger) on April 1, 2012, between two Toyota Tsusho group companies, Toyotsu Auto Service Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Nagoya, Japan; representative: Masaru Tanaka; hereinafter, Ў°Toyotsu Auto ServiceЎ±) and Yokohama Generator Supply (headquarters: Yokohama, Japan; representative: Masaru Tanaka; hereinafter, Ў°Yokohama Generator SupplyЎ±). The purpose of the merger is to strengthen the company structure and to invigorate the organization and employees.

The new company name following this integration of management is TAS CORPORATIONЎЎЎЎ (new capital: JPY 50 million).

Toyotsu Auto Service was established in 1949, and its strengths lay in exports, imports, and domestic sales. Focusing on fields related to the automobile industry, the company offered a variety of products including various electrical components, used cars and forklifts, and general accessories, with sales not just in Japan, but in countries worldwide.

Yokohama Generator Supply was established in 1994, with major capabilities in global procurement and technological solutions. The company secured electrical components for use in imported cars, as well as an international selection of general accessories for sale on the Japanese aftermarket.

The newly ЁCfounded TAS CORPORATION combines the advantages and management resources of both these companies.
