OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2012. In the JSC Techsnabexport’s (TENEX) head-quarters in compliance with the corporative regulations in the sphere of public reporting two  dialogues with stakeholders were held on the following topics: “TENEX’s business strategy in the new situation” and “Improving of the governance mechanisms to ensure the security and reliability of supplies”.

The following stakeholders attended the dialogues: the representatives of the Rosatom State Corporation, JSC TVEL, JSC ARMZ, JSC IUEC, JSC St-Petersburg Izotop, TENEX’s overseas sales company – TENEX-Japan Co., Ltd., representatives from the Moscow office of the US Department of Energy, Areva, Mitsui and NAC International companies, Federal Service for Technological, Environmental and Nuclear Supervision (Rostechnadzor), Federal Service for Technological and Export Control (FSTEK), environmental and non-governmental organizations, mass media.

During the dialogues top managers of the Company presented detailed information on the 2011 full-year results to be published in the report, discussed specifics of the past year and perspective plans. Among the main Company’s achievements in 2011 there were mentioned a 31% growth (compared to 2010) of the portfolio of export contracts for a ten-year period and maintenance of the positive dynamics of uranium product exports that has increased 2.6% during 2011.

The representatives of stakeholders highly appreciated the quality of the provided materials and the level of the event organization and made several recommendations for consideration when drafting the final text of the public annual report.
