The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a working meeting of Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company's Management Committee, Dannis Nally, Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers International and Richard Paterson, Global Energy, Utilities and Mining Leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The meeting participants discussed progress with cooperation and stressed that the long-term partnership between Gazprom and PricewaterhouseCoopers proved fruitful.

In addition, the parties discussed options for providing the consulting services on taxation and, in this regard, stressed the importance of PricewaterhouseCoopers participation in establishing the consolidated group of taxpayers in Gazprom.
