OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2012. The growth rate of many economic indicators of Anhui took lead in Central China in the first quarter, according to Anhui Provincial Statistics Bureau yesterday.

Statistics show that the urban residents' disposable income per capita reached 5705 yuan in the first quarter, lower than that in Hunan and Hubei, higher than that in Henan, Jiangxi and Shanxi. The growth rate hit 17.5%, ranking 1st in Central China.

The peasants' income per capita reached 2426 yuan in the first quarter, ranking 3rd in Central China.

Meanwhile, the goods price remained stable in the first quarter. CPI increased by 3.6% year on year, lower than that in Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei and Shanxi.
