OREANDA-NEWS. May 28, 2012. “The Day of KAMAZ’s Client’2012" has come to an end in Kiev having become a major event for promotion of KAMAZ vehicles running on compressed natural gas – methane – on the Ukrainian market.

At the end of the Client’s Day Foreign Trade Company KAMAZ, Repair and Egineering Works RariTEK, and a subsidiary of Ukravtogaz, a part of The National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine, signed a tripartite protocol on cooperation.

Thus, these three companies combined their efforts to promote the use of methane as a fuel and create favorable conditions to increase sales of CNG KAMAZ vehicles in Ukraine.

There are the most favorable conditions for successful promotion of KAMAZ trucks running on methane in Russia. They include a well-developed network of natural gas fueling stations and service centers for gas-powered KAMAZ vehicles.

Another important fact is a growing demand for CNG KAMAZ trucks in Ukraine. There are large companies in Ukraine which add KAMAZ NGVs to their fleets instead of cars running on traditional fuels.
