OREANDA-NEWS. July 04, 2012. As a result of all the selection stages, starting from July 2, fifty-four interns will work at Troika Dialog in Moscow and the regions for two months. This year the Troika New Talent programme will also be held in Ukraine and Kazakhstan as well as at the company’s Moscow office. Every year students and graduates of leading financial and economics universities become Troika Dialog interns.

“We have already received the usual amount of applications for participation in the company’s 11th internship programme – around two thousand. The number of those wanting to become Troika Dialog interns remains impressive, and we are pleased that these young people are highly prepared,” said Tatiana Tikhonova, HR Director at Troika Dialog.

“As before, we consider that the right approach is to develop specialists from inside the company and close vacancies for entry-level positions, which will be given to those who successfully undergo the internship. We wish them good luck.” commented Maria Yanina, Head of the Learning & Development Department at Troika Dialog.

In order to gain the chance to work at the company, the young specialists will need to prove themselves during the internship. In 2011 twenty-four former interns became Troika Dialog employees. They are now successfully working in the company’s business and support divisions.
