As a result of the voting the Public Chamber will include: an architect Peter Markman, a historian Mikhail Kalnitsky, a director of the "Museum of One Street" Dmitriy Shlenskiy, a public activist and journalist Igor Lutsenko, a gallery owner Evgeniy Karas, a guide Vladyslava Osmak, a cultural specialist Alex Kogan, a conductor Herman Makarenko, a historian and philosopher Miroslav Popovich, a director of the Mikhail Bulgakov's museum Ludmila Gubianuri, an artist Les Podervyanskiy. All candidates have given a tentative agreement to participate in the council.

They are people who will choose the project concept and control its implementation.

The first meeting of the Public Chamber will be held before the end of July.

The public-expert council consists of two chambers - the Public and the Expert. The first Chamber is liability with the function of project concept selection. The second Chamber, consisting of architects, is chosen by direct voting of expert community. Based on the Public Chamber recommendations, the Expert Chamber will develop a design specification for the future centre.
