OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2012. Ural Airlines, jointly with Ukraine International Airlines, launch a new route - Kiev-Moscow-Kiev. The first flight on this route was carried out on 18 July 2012.

Kiev - the capital of Ukraine and the largest regional centre - stretches along picturesque banks of the Dnieper River. The city has a most interesting and ancient history; it is often referred to as ‘the cradle of ancient Russian nationality', with its cultural and historic monuments bearing evidence thereto. The famous Golden Gate, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Kiev Pechersk Lavra were built during the reign of Yaroslav the Wise. Kiev has 27 museums and 25 theatres, a large Planetarium, a multitude of parks and gardens.

Moscow-Kiev flights will be carried out on a daily basis - morning and evening. The schedule is convenient for passengers from Russian regions planning a visit to Kiev. Thanks to Ural Airlines' well-developed network, it will be possible to get to the capital of Ukraine, for instance, from Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk, Chelyabinsk, and Ufa, with a connection in Moscow. In doing so, waiting time at Domodedovo Airport will not exceed 4 hours.
