According to preliminary data, the total receipts of the companies – members of INGO Group: Ingosstrakh Insurance Company (Russia), INGO Ukraine (Ukraine), INGO Ukraine LIFE (Ukraine), IngoNord (Finland), BelIngosstrakh (Republic of Belarus), INGO Armenia (Republic of Armenia), Kyrgyzinstrakh (Kyrgyz Republic), INGO UZBEKISTAN (Uzbekistan), Ingosstrakh Life Insurance Company LLC (Russia), Ingosstrakh-M Insurance Company LLC (Russia), Emergency Insurance Company OJSC (Russia), EMESK Medical Insurance Company OJSC (Russia), Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance LLC (Russia) – in the first half of 2012 amounted to 54.4 bn rubles, which is 36 % higher than the same indicator of last year. Payments of these companies for the reporting period amount to 38.2 bn rubles, which is 53 % higher than in the same period of 2011.

The total sum of premium of the Russian INGO Group members (Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, Ingosstrakh-M Insurance Company LLC, Ingosstrakh Life Insurance Company LLC, Emergency Insurance Company OJSC, EMESK Medical Insurance Company OJSC, Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance LLC) for direct insurance operations and the risks accepted for reinsurance in the two quarters of 2012 amounted to 52.7 bn rubles, which is 37 % higher than the relevant indicator in the same period of 2011, including 14.2 bn rubles by Ingosstrakh-M Insurance Company LLC and EMESK Medical Insurance Company OJSC. The payments of Russian Group members in the first 6 months of 2012 reached 37.3 bn rubles, which is 53 % higher than in the six months of 2011.

According to preliminary data, the total amount of premium collected by Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in the first half of 2012, amounts to 36.0 bn rubles, which is 33 % higher than the volume of the same period of 2011; in particular 33.6 bn rubles were received from direct insurance operations and 2.4 bn rubles from incoming reinsurance operations.

As regards voluntary insurance other than life insurance (including incoming reinsurance), the receipts of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company amounted to 29.6 bn rubles, including 5.2 bn rubles for personal insurance (except for life insurance), 22.2 bn rubles for property insurance, and 2.2 bn rubles for voluntary liability insurance.

The highest pace of premium growth was recorded in the following areas: insurance against accidents and diseases – 153 %, OSAGO (motor third-party liability) – 74 %, hull coverage – 42 %, voluntary medical insurance – 40 %.

The receipts of insurance premium from OSAGO in the first six months of 2012 amounted to 5.7 bn rubles (increase by 74 %), 0.6 bn rubles from mandatory civil liability insurance of a hazardous object owner for causing damage as a result of an accident at the hazardous object, 52.7 m rubles from mandatory insurance of air carrier’s civil liability.

The total volume of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company’s payments in the first six months of 2012 amounted to 23.5 bn rubles, which is 64 %higher than the volume of payments in the same period of 2011. Payments under direct insurance operations amounted to 22.7 bn rubles, and the company received 0.8 bn rubles under incoming reinsurance operations.

As regards personal insurance other than life insurance (including payments related to incoming reinsurance), the company’s payments amounted to 21.2 bn rubles, 2.9 bn rubles of these – from personal insurance (other than life insurance), 17.5 bn rubles from property insurance, and 0.8 bn. from voluntary liability insurance. Payments under OSAGO in the first half of 2012 amounted to 2.3 bn rubles.

In the reporting period, the assets of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, Ingosstrakh-Life Insurance Company LLC, Ingosstrakh-M Insurance Company LLC, Emergency Insurance Company OJSC, EMESK Medical Insurance Company OJSC and Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance LLC reached 93.7 bn rubles. Insurance reserves of the Russian INGO Group members amount to 62.4 bn rubles. The company’s own capital as of July 1, 2012 reached 23.6 bn rubles, which is 22 % higher than the same indicator as of July 1, 2011. The profit before tax of the Russian INGO Group members in the first six months of 2012 amounts to 3.3 bn rubles. According to preliminary data, the net profit of these companies in the first half of 2012 amounts to 2.4 bn rubles.
