OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2012. UTair Group continues to show significant growth in key performance indicators in the first 7 months of 2012.

UTair Group fixed-wing aircraft transported a total of 4,684,111 passengers in the period from January – July2012, a YoY increase of 35.6%. Passenger turnover constituted 8,755,738.6 PKM, an increase of 40.2% over the same period in 2011 and surpassing the industry average for growth in this indicator, which according to the Transport Clearing House stands at 16.5%.

In total, UTair Group fixed wing aircraft logged 166,355 flight hours, 20.7% more than for the same period last year. UTair Group aircraft delivered 14,597.49 tons of cargo, 54.1% more than for the same period in 2011.

UTair Group helicopters logged a total of 92,486 flight hours, 24.5% more than for the same reporting period last year.
