August 22, 2012. “NIBULON” is always at the highest stages of scientific-technical progress providing its elevators with modern technological, laboratory and other equipment of the world’s leading manufacturers. As a result, the scientific-technical base of “NIBULON” is one of the leading in Ukraine.

Highly skilled specialists are required to ensure uninterrupted work of modern machinery and equipment. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, the General Director of the company, stakes on the perspective youth training them to be the real experts.

Under the auspices of the General Director of “NIBULON” the students of Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies (ONAFT) and the students of other universities got an opportunity to undergo practical training in “NIBULON”.

On August 13, 2012 the students familiarized with the work of the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city for the first time. Together with Victor Hobin, the head of the department of automation of production processes of ONAFT, the Doctor of Engineering, the Professor, and Georgiy Stankevych, the head of the department of grain harvest technology, the Doctor of Engineering, the Professor, the students became familiar with the work of the company and the transshipment terminal, organization of technical and engineering processes at the terminal.

During the practical training at “NIBULON’s” terminals the students will consolidate their knowledge gained in the university and will get a valuable experience at the modern terminal due to practical knowledge and skills. According to the students they were impressed by the level of development of the terminal and its scientific-technical base which is an illustrative example of the company’s success. Besides, ONAFT students are involved in research work connected with the development of new technologies and improvement of existing ones, quality improvement of finished commodities. Therefore knowledge gained by the students during their practical training will be used to write a coursework and a degree work and the future employers will employ highly skilled young specialists.
