OREANDA-NEWS. September 07, 2012. There has been registered at the Administrative Authority Office of Taganrog a Collective Agreement of PJSC TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik – a document handling relations between employees and the Employer, and covering the whole labour collective of the Company. After the registration the document has become official, and has full power.

For the first time, the Collective Agreement of Krasny Kotelshchik has been concluded for a period of three years. Earlier, this legal document was effective for one year, after which case it was updated and approved by the representatives of the employees and Employer. Despite the longer period of validity, the Collective Agreement of Krasny Kotelshchik will remain dynamic: it will be possible to update it when adopting new provisions at the Company. Articles of the new document present key aspects of the collective life of Taganrog Boiler-Making Works: issues of employment, regime and labour protection, health of employees, salaries and wages, as well as social safety net. Special attention is given to the social partnership policy that is being implemented at Krasny Kotelshchik. This policy allows creating conditions for safe and comfortable wok and development of the personnel potential.
