OREANDA-NEWS. September 11, 2012. Belarus has earmarked Br200 billion (USD 23.866m at the central bank’s rate) in budget funds to finance 27 pilot innovation projects developed by the National Science Academy to field-test promising technologies, machinery and equipment in the framework of the State Programme for Sustainable Rural Development in 2011-2015.

The pilot projects are focused on selective seed production, selective dairy breeding, pig breeding, juice production, biotechnologies for dairy and meat production.
