OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2012. Wayne, A GE Energy Business (NYSE: GE) and a global innovator of fuel dispensers and forecourt technologies, has recently announced that their Asia Pacific office in Shanghai, China, will be supplying IndianOil Corporation over 2,700 Wayne Global Vista™ fuel dispensers. IndianOil Corporation is India’s flagship national oil company.

IndianOil has been helping meet India’s energy demands for over half a century. It holds business interests throughout the entire hydrocarbon value chain—from refining, pipeline transportation and marketing of petroleum products to exploration and production of crude oil and gas, marketing of natural gas and petrochemicals. IndianOil has a keen customer focus and a formidable network of customer touch points dotting the landscape across urban and rural India with its 20,421 petrol and diesel stations.

“We have been supplying IndianOil Corporation with Wayne products for several years, and this is the first time the equipment will be manufactured and delivered from our facility in China,” remarks Orlando Barrios, Wayne APAC president. “It’s another Wayne milestone to offer our reliable and innovative global dispensers from China to 66 forecourts throughout India.”

The reliable performance and user-friendly design of the Global Vista fuel dispenser from Wayne China make it ideally suited for attended retail sites in India. The dispenser is designed and manufactured to meet global specifications in addition to Wayne’s rigorous quality standards. Adherence to these core tenets provides the foundation for the many advantages of the Global Vista dispenser, for example:

The Wayne iGEM™ computer electronics package controls internal components on both sides of the Global Vista pump.

The tried and tested Wayne iMeter™ fuel meter delivers accuracy, reliability and fast flow rates.

Wayne’s own innovative, double-bump hydraulic connections help prevent leaks, helping to reduce operational downtime and maintenance costs.

The user-friendly customer interface and easy-to-read LCD display provide an improved fueling experience for motorists.

The products will begin shipping from Shanghai this year.
