OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2012. The AVERS international money transfer system of Finance and Credit Bank (Ukraine) jointly with Zolotaya Korona - Money Transfers (Russian Federation) reduced the tariffs for money transfers from Ukraine to Russia.

From now on, when a sender makes a money transfer of at least RUB 25,000/ USD 800/ €600 to Russia, he or she is charged a commission fee of 0.6% of the transfer amount. If the transfer amount is less than RUB 25,000/ USD 800/ €600, the commission fee makes up 1% of the transfer amount. The maximum commision fee may not exceed RUB 1,000/ USD 40/ €30. The fixed commission fee for Zolotaya Korona money transfers from Ukraine to RFis effective at all banking outlets of Finance and Credit Bank as well as those of agent banks providing the AVERS system services.

"By fixing the maximum commission fee for the Ukraine-Russia corridor, we expect the volume of transfers and the average transfer amount to increase. This will appeal to those of our customers who transfer big amounts of funds," points out Anna Ruzhynska, Head of Finance and Credit Bank Corporate Payment System Development and Sales Office.

Shakhla Kassimova, Deputy Head of Zolotya Korona - Money Transfers on Business Development in the CIS area adds, "Such a reduction of the basic tariff by nearly a third part results from our many-year fruitful cooperation with our Ukrainian partner that is the AVERS system. Naturally, the bigger the transfer amount is, the service fee gets. The fixed commission fee is convenient for our customers who entrust us with transferring big amounts of funds (over RUB 160,000) – there is no need them to calculate the per cent as they know the cost of sending such transfers in advance."
